Soils: Medium grain with good levels of marl, dating from the Eocene period
Winemaking: Fermentation and refinement occur in stainless steel and glass concrete vats, temperature-controlled via cooling plates and jackets. Ageing: in 20-75 Hl Slavonian oak barrels.
