  • Production: 4.500 bottles, 500 magnums

  • Vineyard surface and sources: 1 Ha of Nebbiolo from Ginestra cru + a small % best Barbera of the year; 37 hL per hectare

  • Average age of the vines: 20 years old Nebbiolo, 40 years old Barbera

  • Harvest time: from October 10th onwards, manual harvest

  • Vinification: Nebbiolo and Barbera are fermented and aged separately

  • Barrel Program: 16-18 months in French oak barriques
