  • Vineyard: Pajana in Ginestra cru, Monforte d’Alba. Southeast, 350 m above sea level. Not an officially recognized cru after the 2010 macro-zoning, but according to Domenico and other producers in the area, it is a distinct vineyard due to its exposure

  • Soil Type: Clay soil with a small percentage of sand

  • Average age of the vines: planted part in 1971 and part in 1991

  • Barrel program: Barrel program: 16 months barrique, 80% new oak, constant tastings allow the best barriques to be selected, then the wine is assembled, with 16 more months in barrel (50 hL)
