  • Vineyard: Percristina in Mosconi cru, Monforte d’Alba, 1.7 hectares facing south, 400m above sea level. Soil Type: Helvetian formation with clay soil and a small percentage of sand

  • Average age of the vines: planted in 1955, purchased in 1995

  • Vinification: Fermented on the skins for 20 to 30 days

  • Barrel program: 3 years barrique, 80% new, constant tastings allow us to select the best barriques, then assemble them into barrels where they are aged 2 years.
