Dirupi Sforzato di Valtellina

  • Varietals: 100% Chiavennesca (Nebbiolo)

  • Vineyards: Single vineyard Chioso, located in the village of Tresivio at altitudes between 600-650 meters above sea level

  • Farming: Certified Organic

  • Winemaking: Grapes are dried on straw mats for several months, in a process similar to the production of Amarone di Valpolicella. Maceration lasts for 20 days. The wine is aged in 225-500 liter French oak barrels.
