Fiore Barolo

Produced from estate vineyards in the commune of Verduno. Limestone based soils with sand and clay produce a fragrant and elegant style of wine. Fermented on the skins for 15 days and aged for 36 months in 80% large Slavonian cask and 20% French oak barriques.
