Fiore Moscato d'Asti

Produced from estate vineyards in the Asti area: Santo Stefano and Govone. Great fresh style of Moscato, creamy and aromatic. Grapes are harvested at the end of August, cooled and fermented immediately for high aromatics. Perfect balance of acid and sugar. Fermented in an autoclave to 2 bar. pressure.
