100% Cinsault, sourced from several dry-farmed vineyards in the town of Guarilihue. Soils are rich in granite and quartz. Fermented in cement and open-top stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in troncoconic, untoastedoak tanks and foudres, as well as concrete. Production is around 14,000 bottles per year
