Karman Rioja

88% Garnacha, 12% Tempranillo. Grapes are sourced from along the Cárdenas river, from vineyard sites in the villages of Badarán, Cárdenas, Cordovín, and Cañas. Fermentation occurs in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using only native yeasts. The wine ages for 4 months sur lie prior to bottling.
