This wine is made from 100% estate grown Timorasso. The vines were planted around 20 years ago and sit between 270 and 300 meters above sea level. The soils are made up of both light and dark limestone-rich clay. Harvest typically occurs in mid-September. The grapes are macerated in the press for three hours before pressing; the wine is then fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and aged on its fine lees for at least 10 months before bottling.
