  • Vineyards: 2 ha. planted to a density of 2000 vines per hectare, located at 400 meters a.s.l.

  • Soils: marl and limestone

  • Winemaking: Fermentation in ‘inox’ tank, followed by 8 months of ageing in 350L tonneaux of french oak.
