Pencopolitano

Blend made of 67% Cinsault and 33% Pais, sourced from several dry-farmed vineyards in the towns of Guarilihue and Portezuelo. Soils are rich in granite and quartz. Fermented in cement and open-top stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in troncoconic, untoasted-oak tanks and foudres, as well as concrete. Production is around 12,000 bottles per year.
