Ronco del Gnemiz Rosso del Gnemiz

• Varietals: Blend of 45% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot.

• Vineyards: The grapes are farmed organically in the San Giovanni Vineyard, with the Cabernet Sauvignon facing south and the Cabernet Franc and Merlot facing east. The vines range in age from 15 to 65 years old.

• Winemaking: The wine spends 20 months in 228L barriques, half of which are new. 2400 bottles produced.
