Varietals: 48% Cabernet Franc, 52% Merlot (Varies by vintage, some years also use small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot)
Vineyards: Grown between 450-600 meters a.s.l., generally sourcing from the higher altitude sites on the estate.
Soils: Thin, hard, rocky soils rich in quartz and limestone
Winemaking: Vinified separately by parcel, with alcoholic fermentation lasting for 13 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged 8 months in new French oak barriques, 11 months in cement vats
