Karman wines is a new negociant project from the Bodegas Gómez Cruzado in Haro seeking to produce Garnacha wines from the alto Najerilla region. Grapes are sourced from local vineyards, made up of mostly old and head-pruned vines in the Cárdenas Valley in the villages of Badarán, Cárdenas, Cordovín and Cañas. Gómez Cruzado is run by the leadership team of Rioja-natives David González and Juan Antonio Leza, two young winemakers and viticulturists who share over a decade of experience as consultants for significant projects in different regions around the world.
